The building itself is also new and conforms with all the latest thermal and acoustic regulations. The heating and hot water are collective and included in the rental price. Each studio apartment also has a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen area and modern furniture. Residents also have access to a communal work area, laundry (washing machine and dryer), secure bike room and Wi-Fi internet connection.
