Opened in summer 2019, the Résidence Desoyer offers students newly built and fully furnished studio apartments, as well as a several larger apartments for flat sharing. It is ideally located in the heart of the city with fast access to public transport (bus and RER). With just 15 apartments within a residential building, the student residence is calm and ideal for your first steps as a student. The residence has been approved for APL student housing benefits and the prices include all utility charges. A manager is regularly onsite to provide assistance.

Résidence Desoyer has twelve 19m2 individual studio apartments, as well as 3 larger apartments from 37-50m2 for flat sharing. The student residence is located within a residential building. All the student accommodation is new and conforms with the latest thermal and acoustic regulations. The heating and hot water are collective and included in the rental price. The studios and apartments all have a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen area and modern furniture. Residents also have access to a small communal work room and internet.
