Résidence G. Brousset has 147 studios ranging from 21 to 31m2, as well as three 45m2 two-room apartments for flat sharing. It is located in a completely new residential area. The building itself is also newly built and conforms with all the latest thermal and acoustic regulations. The heating and hot water are collective and included in the rental price. All the student accommodation has a private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen area and modern furniture. Residents also have access to a lounge, gym, laundry (washing machines and tumble dryers), a secure bike room and a Wi-Fi connection. Covered parking spaces are also available.
