An array of activities is organised at the residence including tea times, gym sessions, board games, memory workshops and cultural visits. The Berlioz Club based at the residence also organises multiple activities.
Shared rooms and well-maintained gardens are available for residents to meet, chat and share activities together.
Each resident is given a pendant alarm to notify the team in an emergency.
Residents can share meals on site at the Berlioz Club.
Two residence managers take it in turns to monitor access to this residence for seniors. The H. Berlioz autonomy team is also on site to provide support and assistance.
The communal areas in your retirement home are cleaned several times a week, and maintenance work is carried out regularly.
The rent also includes water, heating and electricity for greater convenience.
