The dedicated team organises an array of activities including gentle gym sessions, coffee mornings, memory workshops and cultural visits. Some of these activities are held with students living in the neighbouring building to reinforce anintergenerational, family spirit.
Residents have access to several living rooms, libraries and activity rooms to meet each other and students living at neighbouring Résidence J. Lejeune, to help foster intergenerational exchanges.
All the residents are given a pendant alarm to activate in an emergency, so the team can assist them whenever required.
Residents have a choice of meals served on site in a calm dining room looking onto the garden.
Agefo’s Paris residence for seniors is supervised and has controlled access to create a safe environment. Our managers are on-site 24/7 to provide assistance when required.
The communal areas are cleaned several times a week and maintenance carried out regularly for clean, comfortable environment.
Residents have access to a chapel that holds regular mass, as a place to think or pray.

Intergenerational: connecting generations
The residents of Pavillon M. de Caters were delighted to welcome a group of children from école Miollis (Paris 15) to share diverse activities together. On the programme: creative workshops (painting, play dough and origami), discovering the garden and outdoor games. The young children were enthusiastic and interested in getting to know their elders, who left the workshop feeling rejuvenated.

During this workshop, one of our residents help the children from école Miollis (Paris 15) make crowns. Introduced as the “Queen of the Forest”, she delighted the children and, with the help of pine needles and leaves from our garden, both big and small left the workshops proudly wearing their homemade crown.

The children and residents then explored the garden and vegetable patch – a convivial moment to discover the smells and textures of the tomatoes, mint and basil.
The late morning snack was an ideal opportunity to look back at this shared moment. Our residents felt re-energised, and the children had only one question. “When can we come back?”
