Who are we?
Agefo (Association de gestion de foyers, French Housing Management Association) is a non-profit association committed to making life easier for its residents – students, young professionals, and seniors – in the Paris region since 1989. Our project has retained the spirit of our founders, fostering human values, conviviality, support, and proximity in the accommodation we manage.
Created by the French social housing company Domnis, Agefo manages residences for students, housing for young professionals and homes for seniors. Since being founded, the association continues to develop to meet market needs in partnership with local and regional authorities.

Agefo residences welcome independent seniors, students, young professionals, interns, and apprentices, as well as people suffering from different kinds of handicap. Our teams support each tenant during their stay, whether in Paris, Yvelines, Val-d’Oise, Hauts-de-Seine, or Val-de-Marne.

Our mission
Much more than a housing rental service, Agefo pays close attention and care to its residents. This is made possible by a team of nearly 40 professionals working across our residences. This human presence, capacity to listen and family spirit are what make Agefo unique. Our aim? Provide a pleasant atmosphere and accommodation that is enjoyable to live in.
Agefo has been carrying out this mission since being founded by the French social housing company, Domnis. Initially, Agefo managed the Foyer des infirmières (accommodation for student nurses) at rue Tessier in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. Following significant renovations, the newly opened Résidence Jérôme Lejeune and Pavillon de Caters started to welcome young trainee nurses, young people with down syndrome and elderly people in a completely renovated setting and accommodation compatible with APL housing benefits.
Since then, Domnis has built new residences to meet housing needs in the Paris Region, which are managed by Agefo. Together, Domnis and Agefo also take over responsibility for accommodation previously run by town councils or other associations. This housing is modernised, and the teams instil the “Agefo spirit”: convivial yet studious atmosphere and pleasant living conditions.
Our commitments
Whether with elderly people, young professionals, students, or people suffering from a handicap, we promote the same respectful, people-driven values.
A listening ear
Our teams are present on site. They know each resident personally and are always ready to listen and provide assistance.

Setting
Our residences are all located in lively residential areas surrounded by green spaces. They are regularly looked after and, whenever necessary, renovated.
